Discretionary Funding is a monetary award given by the New York City
Council to meet local needs and fill gaps in City Agency services.

The application deadline is on February 18, 2026 at 6:00 p.m.

Visual AIDS Artist Grant

Artist can now apply for the Visual AIDS Artist Grant. An individual $400 dollar grant for Artists who are HIV positive.

The application deadline is on February 15, 2026 at 12am.
