When I was a young boy, I used to watch my brother draw his favorite superheroes in action. He was so fluid and free as he worked, making it look effortless. When he finished, we would compare his work to the magazine; it was like looking at an exact copy. I fell in love right then. That was my introduction to art—specifically drawing.
At first, I was intimidated by the blank page, but I soon realized that every artist has their own unique voice. Many of us are scared to start, doubting our abilities before the pencil even touches the paper. However, if you freestyle and play with shapes and lines, you’ll soon be drawing like a professional.
